Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, except if the item arrives defective or incorrect.

  • Orders may be canceled if fraud, chargeback risk or unauthorized activity is detected.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or external factors.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Non-personalized items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only once the return is approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restriction.
